Mission Style TV Armoire

Oak Mission style large TV armoire, about four years old. In excellent condition. We have a very small living room and have to replace it with a smaller TV stand.

Paid $650 at the time, now asking $245.

Outside measures 68" tall, 35.5" wide, 21" deep.

Inside measures about 32" wide and 21" deep, with a seperate slot for DVD player. Adjustable shelves on the bottom, can store plenty of DVDs. Keep the doors close and everything stays dust free.

Both doors open fully to stay out of sight when you watch TV.

All the mechanisms work perfectly. Doors are all easy to open and shut, and always stay where you want them to be.

Four round "feet", very sturdy. The opening on the bottom is very important when you have to move the armoire (this is a pretty heavy piece of furniture).

Openings on the back pannel so wires can stay out of sight. A portion of the back pannel can be taken down to accomordate a larger TV.

There are electric outlets and cable connection inside the cabinet.

Sears Kenmore Canister Vacuum Cleaner

Three year old Sears Kenmore Whispertone Canister Vacuum cleaner, only used a few times a year (shame on me). Comes with all the accessaries and manuals, including a never used power mate Jr. for cleaning small spaces like cars. I left the power mate Jr. out of the pictures, but it's certainly included in the package.

Excellent performance. All cleaned up and ready to go.

The handle is extendable to 7 feet for reaching high places. The hose attached to the canister turns 360 degrees, so there is never a tangled hose. Extra wide power mate for maximum cleaning.

Canister itself can be stood up on the end for easy storage. The power mate can also be hang up to save space.

All the attachments are in their place, some of them were never used.

The unit was serviced at the end of its extended warranty and filter was changed.

The electric wire retracts with one easy push.

The wire is sixty feet long fully extended. That covers an entire floor in my house.

The original retail price was over $350, now asking $150.

Coffee Table Set

Matching wooden coffee table and two end tables, dark brown. All have round corners and curved legs, completely child-safe.

Coffee table is about 48'L x 23'w x 16' h; and the end tables are about 23' x 20' x 19'h.

The set is about six years old. The coffee table has slight scratches from usage, but otherwise they are all in excellent condition, very sturdy.

Paid about $200. Asking $50.

Scotts Classic 200 Push Mower

This is a really great push mower that has only been used a few times on my postage stamp sized lawn. After completing a major new landscaping project, I no longer have a lawn. This push mower is light weight but wide and very powerful. It has 3 different height settings and easily adjustable.

I'm also throwing in a lawn edger tool and a bag of bare patch grass seed and an used container of MiracleGrow lawn fertilizer.

Here's the listing for the item on Amazon. They are selling for $136.87.

Men's Journal July 2007 described this as follows:

"This is ain't your granddaddy's reel mower. The Classic's five flame hardened steel blades come in complete contact with the cutter bar; slicing grass like scissors. At less than 35 pounds, it can be lifted with one hand, and it's so quiet you can hear a cell phone ring...on vibrate".

Asking $70.00.

Double Recliner Couch

Five year old double recliner couch, originally bought from JCPenny's for about $1,500. It's a little too big for our living room. The fabric is a tweedy color with beige chenille on top of fine black and white lines.

Dimension:

Length (end of arm to end of arm): 6'8"
Width (tip of front of seat to end of back frame): 3'6"
Height (floor to top of back): 3'4"
Seat depth (tip of front seat to front of back frame): 2'2"
Length when fully reclined (foot rest to top of back rest): about 5.5'

The frame is very sturdy and the construction is excellent. Both sides recline, the pull string is hidden between the arm and seat cushion. The reclining mechanism is very easy to work with and in excellent condition. All the cushions are in great condition. The upholstery has been professionally cleaned on a regular basis, and the last time was a few months ago.

This is what it looks like as a couch.

This is how it looks reclined.

There are two levels of recline, the left side is in full recline.

The fabric on the seat cushions is a little worn, so I bought a slip cover for when we have people over. It's cream color, so it goes with just about anything. We used it only a few times. Retail cost was about $75.

Asking $75 for the couch, $25 for the slip cover, $95 for both together.
